Time & Space does not offer refunds or cash returns on purchased products.

Once an order has been delivered, no refund requests will be accepted. However, we offer exchanges only under the conditions mentioned below.

Products that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

• Products used by the customer.

• Products damaged due to customer handling.

• Products without original packaging or tags.

• Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery.

• Any item that does not meet our exchange requirements.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

2. Provide your Order ID and details of the issue.

3. Share clear pictures/videos of the product if required.

4. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
